Reason for denial? Some BS about my DNB record. I told them I was approved for Best Buy for 10K just a few weeks ago and I have the exact same DNB record as I had then. Then, they said they can approve me today if I give them PG. As if!!!

Just thought I'd add something, was reading through your threads. I opened my own mortgage company last year, but I haven't looked at establishing business credit yet. I pretty much funded everything out of my own pocket, seeing as how my credit was shot when my ex husband filed bankruptcy before the divorce was finalized....How does the credit of the personal guarantor affect the applications? Now, with all I know about real estate financing, I'll admit I'm out in left field on this subject. Any advice would be appreciated. Oh, and you guys were discussing cell phones....Cingular wanted a $250 deposit from me too, but Sprint approved 3 lines THE DAY AFTER MY TAX ID WAS ISSUED. Also, I got 3 readi-link, camera, the whole nine yards phones for free. NO DEPOSITS, ACTIVATIONS, etc., all were waived in store and I walked out with the phones.

It was a suprise to me. I have no experian file yet. Dnb has nothing reporting. However I was also able to get Dell $5000, Office Depot $5000 Sunoco $1000 and now Besy Buy $5000. Just inc'd on Jan 7, 2005. I must have caught them in a good mood. I will retry the others once something is reporting.
