I want to make an offer on a fannie mae foreclosures in Lafayette, La but I am unsure on how much I should offer.

Would like some suggestions.

 

here are some facts:

 

The property is in Lafayette, La

3 bed 2 bath

The asking price is $89,000

The comps in the same complex are in the same price range

The couple who foreclosed on the property purchased it for $75,000 in 2005

This property has been on the market for about 1 month

The 4 other comps have been on the market for about 3-9 months

I will use VA financing

This is a very regional thing Your best bet would be to discuss this with a local Real Estate agent

Thanks guys, i found 2 realtors who deal with Fannie Mae foreclosures and will be contacting them tomorrow.
