Walmart Caredit Department

Does anyone know a phone number for the Walmart store card's credit department? I am trying to get a 30 day late removed that was reported completely in error and the general csr's keep stating that they will not remove because it is "illegal" to alter credit reports ugh.

THEN IT IS ALSO ILLEGAL TO DO FALSE REPORTING

Uh-oh. A second negative comment abut the WM Discover card. I've already heard George's story. Can I ask yours?

 

For what it's worth, based on the upgrade mail that I and others got this week, I called today to "upgrade" to the WM Discover. No hard pull. Credit line will be higher than the WalMart store card I'm told, and interest rate lower. Of course they were super friendly over the phone. "Congratulations. You have been preapproved for an upgrade..." blah blah. I can't imagine they would be pushing customers to this new card just to be super mean to them

No, not what i meant. I meant it depends on what type of wal-mart card is held depends on who the OP should be dealing with.

 

It could be GEMB or Discover. Both cover wal-mart.
