Chardged off HSBC acc. now with CA

I had a charged off Hsbc card for less then 600 bucks, i call HSBC and they informed me the account cherged off and my credit reflects a 0 balance, now i got a letter from portfolio in regards to this and i called them and offerd 50 bucks to settle, haha.... they pretty much laughed at me.... what should i do next send out a DV?

Yep. Dv would be the next step. I got a PFD from them fairly easily a couple of years ago so that might be an option if they do start reporting.

Not sure why you called PR, That was a bad move IMHO. Never hurts to send a DV to protect your rights, and to keep them from reporting. Then try to work something out with HSBC, See if you can pay them If that does not work, Offer a pay for delete to PR.
