Sent WhyChat's Repo letter

to OC and they got it on the 7th. They have not marked the account in dispute with the CRA. I had disputed the acct before (with one CRA) and it came back verified and it was noted: dispute settled, consumer disagrees or something like that.

 

Shouldn't the dispute now say: Acct disputed (since I sent OC a letter?) or no? With all of the CRA? or does that even matter?

I am not sure... but can you share where you found that sample letter?

I've tried doing a search and there was a ton of posts returned.

ah... I just hit the one year mark. and it's never been sent to a CA. In fact, I haven't heard from them at all since the notice of sale.

I tried calling a few times, but was always transferred to the wrong dept.
