Why do chicks disappear when they meet someone?..

so its prob not limited to chicks ...but heard from a friend today, never hear from her if she's dating someone, and if I do, its BF this and BF that...it's like she loses her whole personality and morphs into whatever BF she's with at the time...I think the real problem is she absolutely cannot be ALONE, I've told her before that she has some issues going on with herself that she needs to look at, rather than dragging them from relationship to relationship, and then wondering why she ends up BF-less ...I'm sure she'll interpret me as not wanting to be bothered as some kind of rejection too...oh well

My sister is EXACTLY like that, too and I just want to SMACK the isht out of her. *sigh* She claims to be working on her co-dependency issues but she most definitely is NOT. She won't pull her head out of his flowers long enough to breathe on her own....it's disgusting. All her logic is skewed and goes completely out the window. He can't be that good in bed.
