"cct" search string is too short to get results using the "search" button. Would you mind telling me who that is, so I can do a search? I'm just starting my credit repair journey, and I'm looking for places / services so that I can regularly pull my credit reports.

Definitely call the customer service number and see if you can extend the offer - I just signed up for CCT a few weeks ago and the CS rep told me to call back in 6 months if I wanted to keep the special offer for another 6 months.

They extended mine another 6 months just this week.

 

She told me all the benefits of CCT, and I said that while I agree on all fronts, its just too expensive in these...

 

before I could finish my sentence she offered to cut the rate in half for another 6 months.

When I got my CCT discount recently the csr specifically told me to call back before the discount ends in order to get it extended.

If they don't want to extend the discount tell them you'll have to cancel your membership because it's way too expensive, especially compared to other credit monitoring services. Once they get the vibe that you're going to cancel, they usually become pretty accommodating.

Apparently I am the only one who can't get the discount from CCT! I had a membership before they started awarding the $9.95, or when they just started giving it. When I called to cancel they did not offer a lower rate, just canceled me. Then when I tried to renew it was less than a year since stopping the membership so I could not get the free 7 day trial which is how you get the low $9.95 rate. For awhile I paid more but finally canceled after I got B and now I want another daily puller service but it won't be a full year until after Feb. I called them and was told I would be better off waiting if I don't want to pay $19.95. In the meantime, everyone and their brother is paying $9.95.

When I called to cancel I told them it was too expensive and 6 months wasn't going to cut it. So I have a year @ $9.95 before I have to call again. You just have to be persistance. You could probably call everytime after the 'promo' period ends and they will keep changing it to $9.95 (if that's what ur $10 discount brings the price to)
