I recently filed Chapter 13. I have approximately 2.5 months left before the window closes for creditors to file claims. I am wondering if anyone has any experience with how this goes and if there are some credit card companies that always file a claim, versus some that never do. Of particular interest are Bank of America, Chase, Capital One, HSBC (Merchants), GE Money (Gap, CarCareOne, PayPal) and any other major companies. So far only American Express and my Target Visa have filed claims as far as credit card companies go. My attorney is great, but of course, they can't speculate what may or may not happen. I am really anxious because I am still learning a lot about the process.

Any personal experiences or information that anyone can provide me with is greatly appreciated!
