It DOES exist...they even made a dictionary/grammar book for the language, and yes, I own one. It's a reformulation of different extant languages (not so much the words, but rather the grammatical and conceptual parts).

Plus you have to keep in mind that a linguist can and typically does create their own languages for no other reason than they think it's "cool". It's what they do, and what they love.

 

I was making a joke about JRR Tolkien,but he was a true Master Linguist, who not only wrote fantasy books, he wrote multiple languages to go along with those books. Yes, you can even learn them.

 

It's still wrong to speak ONLY extinct or invented languages to your child for the first few years their lives. Talk about setting them back developmentally. If you want to be really cool, teach them Mandarin or Arabic or Russian...
