I've been sifting through your links, site looking for this...but thought it might be best to go straight to the source!

 

I have an small unpaid older account $50.00 (Not quite SOL, that does give some OC and CA info...)

Could I get link for which letter to use to establish a CURRENT connection w/ CA to account...(and this goes to CRA??) Or whichever letter is my 1st step (& follow-up order) in proceding with this older acct.

 

Secondly I have account reading only MEDICAL from 2007 that I will be sending PRE HIPAA MEDICAL DISPUTE LETTER TO CRA out on.

Dating letter and adding current return address info should be ok?? ( I would assume)...This one WOULD BE SIGNED correct?

If you have opted out and deleted old addresses, when possible you send the initial dispute letter to ALL CRA's listing ALL medical accounts on THAT CRA report, paid or unpaid, within SOL or not, valid or invalid.

You do NOT send anything to ANY CA on any account until you have FIRST disputed the account with the CRA's.

 

The ONLY exception to this is if you are being contacted by phone or mail by a CA and they are NOT reporting. In that case you send them the medical DV
