that is correct, consumer protection laws do not apply to business credit. You don't get the same type of protection against you on business credit.

I have found oftentimes that D&B, experian, and equifax will often remove a collection agency tradeline without any verification other than you telling them its not yours. So no protection ends up being a two way street...
