I read this. Loved it!! It's about darn time someone took notice (as in judges).

 

The just jack up fees and such by prolonging the loan mods. In my opinion, it is intentional. And this judge just confirmed my opinion. Awesome!!!!!!

I do have legal grounds to take the bank to court, it seems. However, we all know that just because the other party broke the law really is neither here nor there. It is the game that is played out in the courtroom that really dictates who wins It is not a struggle between what is right and wrong but between the weak and the strong.
