What does it take to get a priviate loan for med school?

 

Short: 40yr old, Bankruptcy 8 years ago, paid charge off 2 years ago but was updated this year due to unreported as paid off. but updated 2004 paid off in 2002. Thats it. Mort, school loans, everything else current and or payed as agreed. Key turned me down I'm off to apply to Teri?

 

What does it take. Yes I have a cosigner in the wing.
