The BP card is issued by Fleetcor, and is net 30. There is a revolving account, but I don't know anything about that.

There is a BP Visa card, that is issued by Chase. There is also a BP master card, but is net 14 and can only be used for fuel and maintenance expenses.

The Valero we have is a Fleet Card, and balance is due every month.

The Marathon and Voyager, never even used them and not sure...I'd have to dig out the fine print that came with the cards.

I never run a tab on a gas card anyway and planned if I did use these two cards, they would be PIF each month.

Valero has been a great card and great Company. :(

has valero reported any of your payment history to the CRA's?

do you happen to know who backs them?

Thanks in advance

Yes, Valero DOES report to D&B and EQ. I am not sure about EX. They are done internally, no outside backing. They are fairly easy to get.

Thanks Greywolf, you're becoming quite the savvy veteran, did they pull EQ as well??

depending where you live but you can get a CFN card that is accepted @ many different gas stations that participate in the program. they do the underwriting themselves, they have 2 types of cards, the first is fuel and lubricants(oil, transmission fluid, ect) only and the other will let you charge anything in the store that participates. I once bought 2 cartons of cigs with it at a chevron on the 101. try doing that with a citi card. btw cfn=certified fueling network. i downloaded app and faxed.got a call 2nd day and approval within the week. net 30 option or rev. of course with a really low 24.99% rate...dont report to any unless deault they pulled dnb and exp.

There aren't any stations around here that are in the CFN network. It is mostly at the truckstops. Maybe your area has better coverage than I do.

I am not sure if Valero pulled EQ, they might have.

thanks for the info

Which Valero cards are they? The Fleet cards? Looks like they have 3 different kind of fleet cards up on their site...

Basically, they just have different levels of AFs, with rewards.

Enhanced Fleet and basic fleet will give you a discount per gallon:

I think the Enhanced fleet comes with a fancy report as well. You have to buy a LOT of gas to recoup the fees. Not intended for the 'casual' driver.

I applied for Valero on this past Monday. Unfortunately they tried contacting me but I was out of the office. They left a message asking me to call them back. Does anyone know if the gas they sell is good gas? Or, should I just use them for a bit because they report?

Thanks
