Hi, I may be on the wrong Forum. If so, please advise me where to go......

 

I have lived on an annuity from a settlement in a personal injury lawsuit 18 years ago. Along with a monthly amount, we get a sort of big amount every 5 years. The one coming up in 2012 is the last one. I have called a couple and I know it is an expensive way to go but we need a chunk of it to keep our house.

 

Has anyone else worked with them or been in the same position?
