Your leinholder would. Each leinholder uses a different company for VSI insurance.

 

VSI is merely a term that describes an insurance policy that protects the lenders interests rather than the consumer for the particular loan/vehicle combination on which it was placed.

 

You should call your leinholder for the telephone number.

sigh, that is what I thought, they wont give it to me, they will get the refund when they get it, so far 4 weeks and counting, I would really like to have my title.

or you could just pay them, and then when the VSI company issues the refund to your credit union, then the credit union will refund to you the amount of the overpayment if you really want the title right now.

just wait it out till the refund processes thru normal channels however long that shall take.

oh I can wait till VSI refunds, dh is just upset that due to the CU error (VSI should have never been put on in the first place) that its holding things up, money is tight right now, I think it more seeing that title free and clear it makes dh feel good, you know I own it now...lol.
