Right there is land everywhere but not available land where I want to move I guess you could say.

Vintage... my boss tells me that too. She says find something you like and one day you will find something you love. I think that may be something I am going to consider since everything I love is way over my budget right now.

With the way the economy is as well I think it may be better to get something that we could still afford if one of us got laid off or something.

Smart Move!

DH and I are getting our house, but only buying what his income can afford. (We got approved for 320k I think), our house is only costing 151.650 Keeping it low.

Smooches!

300k will get me a monster house, I do not even need a house that big. I saw a house for 188.900, It was 5 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths, living room, flex room (upstairs) office.

Come live here, I live in a military town, Hunter army airfield, Ft Stewart, you will do fine here.

we took it because it was free... not something I would "pick".. his gramma bought it (cash) and we pay the space rent on it... but because the space rent is so high we can't sell it or anything so we have to leave it and let the park take it... or we have to call one of those "we buy your home" things and take the crap price they give us...

In our house shopping over the past 10 years, we looked at double wides and even triple wides. THEY ARE NICE. They come with drywall, wood floors, Tile, fireplaces. The biggest one I saw was 2,300 Sq feet.

We thought about buying one and putting it on blocks making it a "permanent structure" But with house prices so low, we ended up with the house
