I attended ashford university back in march 2008 and I have received 3 letters from salliemae saying that ashford has tried to take out 3 loans in my name this semester(without my knowledge or consent). Salliemae will not refuse any applications, so basically they won't do anything and Ashford has said that it's not their problem and they cannot remove my information from their data system so basically it will be up to me to get any funds sent back to salliemae that ashford may get ahold of, is there anything I can do?
