My dh and I both have old medical collection bills that date back over 5 to 7 years. what is the first way to get started. I think to begin with is the opt-out and then the hippa letter. I also have a medical judgment from my ds who is still a minor. What do I do about the judgment? thanks in advance. M

Delete old addresses, if possible if you have moved within the last 6 years.

 

Send the initial dispute letter to the CRA's ( Follow the directions and use an individual report directly from each CRA)
