Don't do like me. :P

I was talking to an insurer from USAA getting quotes for homeowner's insurance.

During the conversation she asked if I was driving.. and it hit me they insure my truck as well.

But in good spirits, told her that I was driving home, in the rain during rush hour, talking on cell phone and writing down info. Told her that maybe I should call in at a different time.

She laughed and said I do it too. Love USAA.

I found the article falls short in some of their points. For instance, the first point. Flooded means something is submerged under a liquid. If you're not to use the term, then what do you tell your insurer? The article say nothing about what the "PC" term would be to use. People just don't say my basement is "under water." The term flooded is pretty pervasive in daily life that its use is expected.....like I flooded my engine. There are lots of specific don'ts in the article but few specific do's.

I understand their point, and think it's a good one, but I caught that as well.
