Question about People's Bank

I opened a personal account with People's Cash Solution Bank (in TX) about two months ago. AND I LOVE THEM!

 

My personal ChexSystem is clean.

 

My business ChexSystem and ERW is not clean.

I have two negative on ChexSystem: BOA $200 AND Chase PAID IN FULL. (o amount in there just says PIF even that Ihaven' paid).

 

My question is, Can I open a business account with Peoples Cash Solution even if Im on ChexSystem?

 

I used to have Wachovia business and Personal account but when they found out im on ERW they closed them both!

Mca, I think the op means can they open a business checking with peoples. I"m not sure that you can. I know that they are a smaller bank.

yes but that does not apply to someone reported to chexsystems. They do not offer second chance business checking.. they will also decline you if " fraud is indicated on your report "
