GHS Solutions / National Debt Relief Program

Hello all,

 

A friend has enrolled with them, and they have asked him to stop payment on all his cards and neglect all calls from the credit card companies. Once the collections calls start, he is to refer them to GHS solutions. I am concerned that this might be a scam with significant long term implications. Has anyone here tried these "plans" and are willing to share their experience?
