Chex system didn't send report

I ordered it about 5 weeks ago and I never received it, what should I do to obtain it?

did you go to www.chexhelp.com ? I would order it again or try to give them a call

Thank you. I called the number and it said my report should be sent to me within 5 business days. I'm scared to find out what it says

I also have a question. My brother, who is know in jail for robbing a bank, was the one who was opening accounts online in my name, I believe he had three opened and was kiting them. Do you think if I went to a bank and explained this with proof that he had been doing it they will make an exception and open an account for me?

If it is a strict chexsystems bank, no they would not.

I went in an Amtrust opened an account for me, I just had to bring them the fraud report and police report.

 

 

Still haven't got my report!

Okay. Finally recieved it.

 

They did a few things right, all of the bank fraud that was charged has been removed.

 

The only thing only it is from 2006 Bank of America, account abuse for $121.

that is not too bad really. eing 3 years old, there are banks like US bank that should help you as well
