Foreclosure after BK7

Hello!

My BK7 was discharged in september and since closed

our mortgage was included and the company went to court after the discharge to lift the stay

 

now 4 weeks later I received a certified letter titled "Notice of Intent to Forclose" the letter states that if they do not receive full reinstatement within 30days from the date of notice that they will proceed with forclosure and that I will be responsible for any fees associated with that.

 

at the end under the signature it says " **mortgage, Inc. is attempting to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose."

 

I am confused.. they know about the BK, why are they still asking for $, I never signed reaffirm papers

 

I sent my BK attorney an email just to verify that my mortgage was included (I know it was though)
