Government not held to same rules on credit cards

We know that.

 

 

I mainly commenting on this from a merchant

 

One reader wrote: “You should make the customer aware and give them a dummy slap for expecting to use a credit card for a $2 or $3 purchase. It reminds me of the dopes who step in front of cars in a crosswalk - it may be the law, but it doesn’t make it the right thing to do.’’

 

I used a credit and a debit card (Signature transaction) for $1.00 purchase. This merchant must have picked the wrong merchant provider.

Except for vending machines...IT GOES ON A CREDIT CARD...be it $1.97 or $20,000+

 

"IF" I can't use my credit card...THEY DON'T WANT or NEED MY BUSINESS
