pulled chex and found i have no neg info just inquiries initiated by consumer. i noted an inq from each cu from my recent applications. one cu pulled chexsystems 3 times in same week (by mistake)? i only applied for one cc with them, should the 2 xtra inq be removed, who would i contact chex or the cu?

I would try contacting the credit union first but if all fails then you can dispute with chexsystems and they will remove
