My report came back verified with bank statements. I asked them for a procedural request and something with my signature on it. Their letter back told me that they contacted my bank and that the bank verified, and asked me to go through the bank. They didn't send me anything with my signature on it; can I get it removed based on this, or do I still need to go through the bank?
