Hi All,

I'm planning on going to medical school for the next 4 years. Any lenders that will waive the 3% origination and 1% default fee for the Federal Stafford and Federal Graduate PLUS loans?

Any other criteria should I look at when picking a lender?

I believe there are some that waive the origination but not the default fee. It also depends on who your school is going thru...if you are going to a Direct Loan school, you will have no opinions on lenders.
