I didn't " Design" this; found it on a royalty free site, downloaded, edited & cropped in photoshop 7.0.

I am no graphic artist, but I found this cute little guy on a free site:
I would add a tag line to it that says:

Maybe someone else can put it together and win the prize if the mods like it enough for consideration.
