That list should be converted into a excel spreadsheet. Then when someone finds out information about a new company it can be inputted into a main source for reference.

i dont know that anyone has tried, but when i started as a sole proprietor- i simply called UPS and set up an account. i dont recall there being any problem billing me for it- i dont think they even asked- they just started billing me. you get an invoice once a week. worth a try.

Well nothing special about opening an account with UPS though, you can even open one online ups.com under the resources area (open ups) anyone can get shipping right away.

how they report to DNB?? anyways... When someone opens an account # with ups they do not ask for anything other than how many pkgs a week if any INT, if they need daily pikcup, for biz or personas and thats it.

Ran across this today -- looked over the site and it seemed worthwhile. If anyone has any experience with them I would be glad to know how it worked out. No PGs or financials required.

They are the worse. Please do not go with them at all. This company has many complaints at the Better Business Bureau. You can review it yourself.

I applied to Home Depot and had to call in w/ a reference # and code - I could not get their card without a Paydex or PG . I was told to call back in 30 days after other creditors were listed on my DUNS.

How do you stablish a Corp. in NEvada? (LAS VEGAS)

I mean isnt ein for a corporation and getting a business license isnt enough?

I'm not sure if it's true but I heard that in order to get a Paydex, you must have at least 10 employees as well as have financial statements proving that your company makes X-amount of dollars per year. Does D&B really ask for all that? I also heard that D&B will also sometimes send their field officers to check out a company and make sure all info is accurate. Will they really send field officers to find out? Has anyone experienced any of the things I just listed?
MAA

These are very interesting questions. Has anyone ever heard of these things?

Thanks,

G
