I have some urgent questions for this forum:

When you are applying for a credit card, does the credit card company ever check your chexsystems report? If so, can a recent checking account overdraft prevent you from getting approved for a high-end, exclusive-type credit card? can the chexsystems report affect what kind of credit limit you get? can chexsystem ever trigger an AA by your credit card company?

Thanks for any help you can give, it is much appreciated, esp. if you can respond right away!

I have never heard of anyone pulling a chexsystems report for a credit card applications. I am sure if you owe the bank that you are applying at, that they might have their own records and if you have left a debt that is owed to a bank, it may have been reported to your credit

I don't think so but If they do it might just be to see if you aren't lying about having a checking account
