So I take it this Card needs a PG? Still new to this PG thing, whenever there is a field for a SSN on an app, I'm assuming that means you are PGing

 

In this case, can you put your ein in the ssn field, can you leave it blank?

Never put your EIN where they ask for a SSN. That is considered fraud.

 

Just leave all PG info blank. They will either reject it or accept it based on your bz info.
