Any links to 12 months low % BT cards even if 3% uncapped? Of course 12 months 0% no fee even better.

Sorry you had trouble with the links. They seem to be working for me. Maybe your security settings are too high?

I just got a Discover more card, 9.99% BT rate for 6 months and 3% fee, I called to try to get them to do 0%, they declined.
