Lates on a student loan

I have a consolidated loan with Sallie Mae, it is now current

 

reporting as 150+days late now, which was accurate

I called recently after realizing my loan was not defferred (they sent a letter "pay 11k now"!), I called

 

end result, im am current as of aug as long as I pay the $150 in fees, which i've done

Great!

So this is still 120+/150+ late on all cr's but i got a ltter today from SM

Summary:

recently disscussed forbearance, "voluntary forbearance has been applied to your account", confirmed by this notice

forbearance 10mo beginning 9/25/07 (retroactive)

 

it gets even more boring from that point on

 

but from my interpretation of what little i know, i'm current now right?

Nope. Retroactive forebearances only apply to the paymnets, not the credit reporting.
