I have 2 sallie mae loans

 

#1 $2393

#2 $1852

 

both have lates up to 150 days 1 time when my deferment ended and I was out of town with work. My loans are now in deferment again

 

I am wondering is there anyway to get these lates removed? Also should I be paying even little amounts while it is in deferment

Nope. Borrowers are responsible to know when their deferments end and when they should apply again. You went 5 months past the end of your deferment so these would be valid lates which are required to be reported.
