It sounded like most who were scheduled for the 9th received the error until last Monday after around 8:00 when it started giving a status. I would try again tomorrow later in the morning.

This may have been covered earlier...sorry, I didn't read the whole thread.. blush2.gif but...I work with someone who called the IRS on Friday..I believe her number is 15..and she was told if you filed with a tax preparer like H&R Block you would be getting a paper check later on...they told her that hers would be mailed the 23rd...

BTW, I got mine on Friday...number 64 and it's going to a plumber...I need a shower fixed. blink.gif

I am getting a little concerned, as my social ends in 82, and I filed electronically, but never received a letter and the online status has no information for me (I am supposed to be getting my stimulus rebate by next Friday, the 16th according the to IRS schedule, as it says online info is available within 7 days of payments being posted). sad.gif

I'm in the same boat as you guys. 95 here and I expect it to update around 8 a.m. tomorrow. Mom received her stimulus on schedule. She ended in 31 and was updated last Monday around 8 a.m.

Just got off the phone w/ the IRS. For those of us who no longer have a banking relationship w/ the bank our tax refund money was direct deposited into, once the bank rejects the economic stimulus direct deposit, it can take an additional 4-6 weeks before a paper check is mailed.

I am so unstimulated today. I checked the IRS website again and still get the "error" message. #98.

I was hoping that it would have updated by now to at least say that by Friday I would be stimulated.

I haven't received any word on stimulation either. Looks as though many of us will have to take things into our own hands if we want stimulation/solutions.

Just checked the IRS website and finally got an answer instead of the error. It said mine is scheduled to be deposited on the 16th.

I filed and got my refund in Feb. and last two digits are 76.

I wonder why people with higher numbers got theirs today?
