Chex Dispute - now they want more info from me...

I send Chex a dispute on 2 retail listings from 2 and 3 years ago. Both were paid. Chex wrote back saying this...

 

 

Please be informed that your file has been forwarded to the appropriate personnel for handling...blah...blah

 

Moreover, please be informed that there is additional information on our files which is similar to yours, however since the identifiers you provided did not match those listed on our files we are unable to release that information to you. If you can provide us with the following identifiers, we would be happy to continue our search and release to you any additional matching information.

• Addresses for the past 5 years
  
• Name(s) and address(es) of any business accounts you have been a signer on, the business(es) Tax ID number, and your title/relationship to the business(es)
  

Does this mean that they have additional things that could potentially be listed on my Chex account, or are they talking about what is listed??? How should I respond to this? If I give them my old addresses then they will easily be able to verify the information on my Chex report is correct. I've never had any business accounts though.
