They sent me a letter that says they received my communication, is this standard practice with them?
I am hoping for a big fat deletion, the entry is for $39 bucks and is 3.5 years old.

The older the report, the better your chances are....also it all depends on the bank that reported you. Some bank are easier than others....but yes that is standard...If you can say that anything about chexsystems is standard LOL ..... did you send it certified mail?

bah! Verified on the 30th day.....
It came back verified as accurate and a note saying to contact the people (who are on the report) at this 800 number. I guess I should call them and get the letter writing campaign started with them.
