How to remove a paid item from Chex??

I recently ordered my free annual copy of my Chex report and found that I have one item. A stinkin $7.14 NSF check that is showing paid in the Retail section of the report. I have sent Chex the dispute letter from MCA's website and am waiting hear back from them. If it comes back validated what is my next step to get this off and have my Chex report clear.

Not sure if you can do that, but you might wnat to try DV'ing it.
