Credit Pulls for SL only every 6 months

I have applied for Grad Plus Loan with OSLA in Oklahoma who currently hold my undergrad loans.

 

There are four things on my CR;

2 are from CA over a car wreck and were paid- easy for me to take care of and get removed as I have all of that paperwork.

1 is from a false Judgment that the State is sending me documentation they have no knowledge of- so that one is taken care of too.

 

But the fourth is from a company I have never heard of, and when I contacted them they said it was a mistake and they will take it off (I will DV too).

The thing is, they won't send it to me in writing, they said they will take it off of my CR.

And OSLA said they have to have documentation from the company in-order for me to be approved because they only do a credit pull every 6 months, even if they deny you.

 

I have just gone round and round with the supervisor there and am wondering if this is worth pursuing with them (I would like to keep all of my loans in one place but if i can't, I can't.); but I would prefer to start school and not wait another 6 months for this to fall off.

 

PS I did call the CA back and asked them to send me something in writing and as usual I got the runaround from them to...
