Deferment retroactively adjusted to January

My deferment was finally processed and they've adjusted it to reflect that my deferment date began January 1st. During this deferment period, Great Lakes hit me with a lates on my CRAs

 

Will this help in getting the lates removed since the deferment is not reflecting a start date of January?

Nope. It was your responsibility to get it before January.
