question Marv...want to buy 2001 explorer limited

I have purchased twice from this particular dealership and I am a little disappointed in how they are treating me this time! I purchased a 1998 dodge dacota club cab 3 mo. ago for 9,000....I want to trade this in to them and purch a 01 ford explorer limited with 99,483 miles...they have that one listed at 13,887 (they say they have over 8,000 into it) and they will give me 9000 on my truck...well today I pull it up again and now they have the price at 10,999...what do you think I should pay out of my pocket with my truck...I did check nada and our truck comes up 7550 and their explorer comes up 9625...I am thinking my truck plus 2k?
