I had to get something today at the grocery store. they are closed until 6 am tomorrow. I drove to target instead and they are also closed.

question: did I drive to walmart too?

We just found an Albertson's that was open. Just made it in with five minutes to spare.

Sol's market was open...

We "opted out" of Christmas gifts this year. We bought a single present for the grandbaby. That is already paid.

I did well in the spending department this year....While I was spared buying another Coach purse for my girlfriend, I did get her a pink sapphire & diamond necklace...She has plenty of Coach and I only like Coach belts, currently have two. I've been eyeing an LV wallet for awhile and might treat myself next month. Just need enough slots to carry my cards around. I tend to carry 1 card, and several backups.....lol

Xmas cost me about a grand. Movado watch and iPod for GF were $730 and a little under $300 for other family members. Paid cash except the watch...used Bloomies card because 1K of spending in 12 months is one of the requirements to upgrade to Visa. Immediately paid 200 to keep it below 20% util (1500 CL) and will PIF after receiving January statement.

I have that LV wallet. It doesn't have a ton of slots, but 3 cards fit pretty snugly behind the drivers license insert and it is easy to carry one under each side as well as a couple in front of the cash behind the 3 CC slots. I can keep up to 10 cards with a few business cards and receipts without it getting too bulky. Been using it for 2 years and no significant wear or tear. Hope you get the wallet!!

Charged about $2,500.00 and will PIF this year. Some years I do not, but I always try. PIF is best........, but I've been known to break this rule from time to time.

Well, we put about 6k on the Amex Starwood in the past month.
But about half of that was from our trip to Disney World the week before Christmas.
As far as shopping, I bought for the wife, my brother and sister, my mom, and 4 kids.
