I have student loans that were consolodated in 6/05. They still appears on my credit report as negative. They have been closed since June of 05, and I am paying my consolodated loan off faithfully every month. Will it ever come from the derogotory catagory? <_<

What are the derogatories? If they're just lates, then each late will drop off in the same manner as any other TL (7.5 years from the date of each original late, if there's more than one). If, however, the derogatory is a default, then that will fall off 7.5 years after the date of default, not the first late that led to the default. Unfortunately, there's actually an exemption to FCRA in the Higher Education Act for defaults that makes the reporting period somewhat longer.

Hope this helps!
