same sl reporting twice?

OVER 120DAYS PAST DUE ,ASSIGNED TO GOVERNMENT;DEFAULTED LOAN-CLAIM FILED AGAINST GUARANTOR

i would like to know how i can remove one or both of these tl`s thanks

yes it has been paid in full a couple of years ago.my tax refund was taken.

If your default was in 2002, they will remain on your CR until 2009. This is standard for defaults.

ok so this is something i have to work around until 2009
