Good phone number for Sallie Mae?

I thought I had read in an earlier thread there is a phone number where you can speak with someone, besides the usual reps. I've called several times and can't get any answers. I'm in the process of consolidating and just wanted to speak with someone with some authority. I'll keep searching, but does anyone have a different number than what's on their website? Thank you!

No such things exists. Sallie Mae is just a newspaper Kiosk. Do not consolidate with them.

My loans are with Sallie Mae, I'm consolidating with Direct. I'm still searching, I thought I had read that someone here spoke with someone from Sallie Mae who was actually helpful,lol, but it may have been about rehab.
