just ordered products thru Uline, Grainger and nebs-- minimum spent between $50.00 to $60.00. Uline let me use net 30 account for the order, which is really nice, while Grainger and Nebs expect you to pay the order using your credit cards.

My question is and does any one know----should I use my personal Credit cards to make the payments or should I open new account under my business name from my bank and order cheques using my company name to pay the order?? Also, how should they know my Duns number to make the trade reference?? Should I tell them and notify them after I make the payments and receiced orders.

Thanks and your reply is always appreciated.

Thanks much!!!!

Well, I never ordered from Nebs, but at Grainger you fill an application with your business info, fax them over and they will give you a limit of 1000 dollars and an account number. I think that's how they will report, based on your application

Thanks for the info bfmanhaes. I went online couple days ago and applied online at Grainger.com and ordered the products at the same time.

Are you saying that I should get an application form and fax it over to get an account or it is the samething doing it online???

Thanks again!!

I didn't apply online. I faxed over an application. Did they give you an amount of credit? If so, I think you have to pay for your first order and they they will let you use the credit limit.
I ordered and paid cash, went back and ordered something else and they put in the account so I could pay later.
You can also order from deluxe and they will give you net 15, but you have to order around 200 dollars.

That would depend on your business credit file. You should have multiple purchases from those vendors before moving forward. And they should be reported on your biz credit file. But in terms of next 5 companies, check the forum.
