Yes- If a defect or condition which was reported to the manufacturer or new vehicle dealer continues to exist and the new vehicle has been subject to repairs four times (for the same major problem), or out-of-service- for 30 days or parts of days, the manufacturer within 30 days must either replace the new vehicle with a comparable replacement acceptable to the consumer or accept return of the vehicle and refund the full purchase price.
