So, I have applied for grad. student loans knowing that I have a CS of over 700 and have been rejected. School starts in about 1.5 weeks. I have no willing co-signer. What can I do?

Yes - I have done all the FAFSA stuff. I need money for the gap between tuition etc. and federal loans. Sadly, my cosigner bailed on me at the last minute. I tried to qualify on my own. I was rejected by the two major companies that my school suggests working with (borrowing from) for gap loans. I inquired and the Co.s said that a late credit card payment 4.5 years ago and my income (which is zero owing to the fact that I am in my second year of grad. school) is too high. Together, it seems I am not going back to school without a seriously amazing plan.
