Hi.

I found this forum in a financial section of a hair care board.

I am sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo excited to attack my credit the way I pieced together my last 3 college degrees with bad grades and too many credits. hahaha

I am reading as much as I can; I plan to attack all this summer.

Peace and blessings to us all!

I found them years ago and this is my first time posting since I think sometime in early 2009?! It's been a while to say the least. However, I have visited frequently to do research and hunt down answers to questions.

AMAZING site, always informative!

My husband and I have gone through a ton the past four years, including filing for bankruptcy, which I never thought we would do...amazing what being unemployed for two years can do to you financially! LOL

We were fortunate to find an amazing attorney who made the entire process about as painless as it could be. Things are definitely looking up and despite what folks may think, filing for BK isn't the end of the world. Not by a long shot!

Glad to be posting again and look forward to continuing to better my knowledge thanks to all the folks here! :D

Welcome! You found the right place! Your credit report is just a piece of paper. There's nothing it can do to you. See it as one of the tools you need to get the job done. :)

Don't worry Nanara, stay strong and positive. I'm sure your credit will improve, it's only a matter of some hard work and a bit of time.

My little sister used this sight years ago, and the other day I was talking with her about the business that I'm trying to start and cleaning up my "bad credit. She got tired of all the questions and sent me to the sight, and when I came here Monday night I was in HEAVEN.

Hello everyone! Came across this site when doing some research into a pre-approved offer for an auto loan. As enticing as a new car may be right now, my short term goal is to purchase my first home within 6 months. However some terrible decision making is coming back to haunt me. Nevertheless, I'm young and have a great career and I have decided that I 'm not going to keep my head in the sand when it comes to my credit anymore. I want to thank you all in advance for your help and support!
